Fishing Invertrossachs Country House lies on the south shore of Loch Venachar, which provides superb Pike, Perch and Brown Trout fishing (with the occasional Salmon being caught).

The River Teith provides excellent fly-fishing opportunities from Callander downstream, particularly during Spring and Autumn with good Sea Trout fishing in the Summer.
Large salmon are particularly plentiful in this region with an average seasonal total catch of about 120 salmon.

The game fishing season on the Stirling Council water:

Salmon & Sea Trout:	1st Februaryto 6th October.
Brown Trout:	15th March 15th to 6th October.
	(No Sunday fishing)
