• Exit Prestwick airport on Tweed Road (east) and bear LEFT (west) onto local road(s).
• At roundabout take THIRD exit onto A79.
• At the next roundabout take THIRD exit onto A78.
• At the next roundabout take FIRST exit onto A77 (Kilmarnock Road).
• At Exit 5, road changes name to M77.
• Keep straight onto ramp.
• Take ramp (RIGHT) onto M8 sign posted ‘M8 - City Centre / Edinburgh’.
• At Exit 13, keep left onto ramp sign posted ‘M80 – Stirling / Kincardine Bridge’.
• Past Exit 3, at next roundabout take FIRST exit signposted A80.
• The road changes name to the M80.
• The road changes name once again to M9.
• At Exit 10, turn LEFT (west) onto the A84 signposted ‘A84 - Callander, Crianlarich’.
• Continue on the A84 through the town of Doune and onto Callander.
• Drive straight through the town of Callander and onto Kilmahog.
• In Kilmahog turn LEFT (south-west) onto the A821 following signs to Aberfoyle (passing the Lade Inn pub on left).
• After approximately 1 mile turn LEFT (south) onto single-track road sign posted ‘Invertrossachs’.
• After a few hundred yards, go over the small bridge and turn immediately RIGHT (west).
• Stay on this road and, after approximately ½ mile, Loch Venachar will appear on your right.
• Keep to this road for another ½ mile and pass through the main estate gates, with East Lodge on your right.
• Ignore all side roads, properties and ‘Private Road / No Entry’ signs and keep driving for 2 ½ miles past the main estate gates.
• Invertrossachs Country House is situated on the right on the final stretch of this road.
